The second successful event of the SSG season was held at Calderfields Golf Club & Country Club, Walsall.
A challenging par 73 course with water hazards on no fewer than 5 holes provided a testing round for the society with an average points score on the day of 24.
Winner on the day taking home the Ade Clarke Memorial trophy was Andy Cashion with 35 points, closely followed by the runner up Delwyn Humphries who just missed out with 34 points. Terry Thornes takes home the frog for the event.

Fantastic news that the 2022 Breakaway has now been booked in SPAIN on 08th September next year. Thanks to all those that paid the deposit promptly.
With the great British summer now looking in full swing, we look forward to the next event which will be at Great Barr Golf Club on Friday 18th June.
