Llangollen was our venue for the second society day of the year and it didn’t let us down, It was a glorious day with the weather which we hoped would lead to a good scoring day with some close results
As it was 2 people lead the way with just one point between them in the end
Runner up on the day on 35 points was Bob ‘ I can see again’ Hinds , good to see him back to his normal self
But definitely the round of the day with 36 points, of of a handicap of 6, was James ‘The Viking’ Mason, what a great knock well done James…. Good luck off 2 next time out !!!!
Frog winner was close between Terry Thorne on 20 points, but was beaten to the frog by John Evans on 19.
We now move forward to The Mount (formally Perton) to play with the dinosaurs but hopefully some of you younger ones will make it too !!!
