Llanymynech - Glyn Edwards Trophy / 2025

Well it was the day for firsts at Llanymynech . 1st day with our new captain and vice captains Steve Phillips and Tudor Owen and 1st day for secretary and fixtures secretary Dave Sullivan and Alex Nichols.
It was as usual a lively day with some good banter but in the main a great first outing for the year.
The weather was really kind and the course played very well, this lead to some respectable scores above 30 with the runner up being Gary Griffiths and the winner was Elliot ( 3 lessons a week ) Evans, great knock guys
Frog winner on countback was Tom Bennett ( thank god Bob Hinds didn’t get 4 back at this rate he will be playing off 30 )
